About the estate
The Poggio al Garda estate is located in Pozzolengo in Lombardy and is run by the Casarini family. The roots of the family's winemaking tradition date back to 1990, while the agricultural company was founded in 2012. Covering five hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates the Turbiana grape variety on mineral-rich limestone clay soils. Sustainable farming methods include precision agriculture and manual harvesting. In the cellar, the Lugana wine matures in concrete and stainless steel tanks prior to bottle aging and distribution.
