About the estate
The Podrum Stari Hrast winery is located in the Šumadija region and operates as a family-run estate. At the center of the vineyards stands an oak tree over 250 years old, serving as a symbol and guardian of the property. Production combines tradition with manual labor, starting from the careful selection of grape varieties to manual harvesting. Fermentation and aging of the wines take place in traditional wooden barrels. The portfolio includes wines as well as traditional spirits produced on-site.
