About the estate
The Pineau de l'Estuaire estate is located in Floirac on limestone slopes overlooking the Gironde estuary. Production involves selecting grape varieties, tending to the vineyards and harvests, as well as pressing and vinification. All wines from the property are distilled using a specific double distillation method in a Charentais still. The heart of the distillation is extracted and aged for many years in oak barrels within the cellars.
