About the estate

The Pietraventosa estate was founded in 2005 and is located in Gioia del Colle in Apulia. The vineyards have been farmed organically since the winery's inception. With the aim of emphasizing the character of Primitivo di Gioia del Colle, the estate focuses on low yields per vine, green harvesting, and careful grape selection. Supported by oenologist Oronzo Alò, the winery combines modern equipment with traditional winemaking methods. Production concentrates on wines with a distinct regional identity reflecting the Murgia territory.
