The family-owned estate Pey Blanc in Aix-en-Provence has existed since 1930 and has been managed by Gabriel Giusiano since 2004. Covering 25 hectares of vineyards distributed around the Vallon des Mourgues site, the winery produces wines within the Aix-en-Provence and AOC Coteaux d'Aix en Provence denominations. The portfolio focuses primarily on high-quality rosé wines, while also including crisp white wines and complex red wines. The estate places great emphasis on sustainable practices and the preservation of its historic terroir.
