The family-run champagne house Patricia Huguet in Bar-sur-Aube has been established for around sixty years and is currently managed by Patricia Huguet. Located in the Côte des Bar on predominantly clay-limestone soils, the estate produces wines following traditional champagne methods. As part of a reasoned viticulture approach, the winemaker meticulously tends the vineyards to offer a selection of quality champagnes. The portfolio comprises Brut, Blanc de blancs, Demi-sec, and Rosé styles. Alongside vineyard management and winemaking, the owner personally handles deliveries to customers.
