The Oszkar Maurer Winery manages sixzeen hectares of vineyards in Subotica, Serbia. Organic agriculture serves as the foundation for the estate to foster harmonious conditions for autochthonous varieties in harmony with nature. During winemaking in the cellar, the application of additives and chemical agents is consistently avoided. The aging process frequently occurs without the addition of sulfur, focusing instead on juice fermentation and aging on the lees. Through this natural approach, the winery produces wines with a distinctive character.
