The Œnothèque Georges Burrier estate looks back on a long family tradition, cultivating 37 hectares of vineyards under organic farming in Burgundy. The vineyards extend across renowned appellations such as Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent, Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, and Beaujolais-Villages. Managed by the seventh generation, the winery places great emphasis on precise and sustainable cultivation of its historic parcels. In addition to traditional winemaking, the estate offers visitors tastings and insights into local operations in the Mâconnais region. The wines reflect the diverse limestone terroirs of the area.
