About the estate
The Morel estate is located in Chardonne in the heart of the Lavaux terraced vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and is managed across four generations. Delphine runs the winery together with Marc Payot as well as Isabelle and Jean-François Morel. Across 6.5 hectares of vineyards situated in Chardonne, Saint-Saphorin, Yvorne, and Ollon, the steep slopes are cultivated primarily by hand. The diversity of the various terroirs allows for the vinification of a wide range of wines. Cultivated grape varieties include Chasselas, Pinot Gris, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Diolinoir, and Galotta.
