About the estate
The Mikovin - Miko Štefan winery builds upon a long family tradition in viticulture and was officially established in 1998. The estate cultivates 6.5 hectares of vineyards situated on the sunny slopes of the Little Carpathians in the wine-growing region of Častá within the Malokarpatská denomination. Ten to fourteen grape varieties are cultivated, and the wines are produced predominantly from own production. Traditional methods are combined with modern technologies to create high-quality bottled wines. The wines are distributed to restaurants, wine shops, and directly at the winery.
