The Maso Poli winery located in Lavis, Trentino-Alto Adige, is a historic farm originally established in 1700, renovated in 2000, and owned by the Togn family. Set against the backdrop of the Dolomites in Trentino, the estate spans fifteen hectares of land, with ten hectares dedicated to vineyards. The wine-growing areas benefit from an ideal location characterized by altitude, soil composition, sun exposure, and shelter from cold winds. The property reflects a combination of deep agricultural roots and a minimal, bright, contemporary architectural style in harmony with the surrounding hills.
