About the estate

The Marko estate is a small family business located along the South Styrian Panoramic Road in South Styria. Since 2007, Christian Marko has been solely responsible for all areas of viticulture and winemaking at the estate. The vineyards are farmed organically and follow the rhythms of nature. Labor-intensive manual work on the vines, strict yield control, and rigorous selection form the foundation for the wines. The wines are intended to reflect the origin and unique terroir of Pössnitzberg.

The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The estate sells to retail.
