About the estate
The Maison Marcoult-Guillot winery is located in Barbonne-Fayel in the heart of the Côteaux du Sézannais in Champagne. The family has been settled in the village for several centuries and has a long tradition as farmers and winegrowers. Pierre Guillot initiated the replanting of the vines, while his son Paul sold the first bottle in 1977. Later, his nephew Bertrand Marcoult joined the estate, which today produces champagne collaboratively within the family. Cultivation and winemaking rely on longstanding teamwork across generations.
