The Lyme Bay Winery estate is located in the green hills of East Devon near Axminster and the historic Shute estate. For more than three decades, the business has been dedicated to crafting English wines, meads, and spirits. To produce high-quality wines, the company collaborates with a network of growers from across the south of England. The portfolio includes still and sparkling wines alongside traditional fruit and floral wines, as well as liqueurs, gins, and rums. Visitors can explore the estate on site to taste the various drinks and experience the production firsthand.
