Llaethliw Vineyard

About the estate

The Welsh winery Llaethliw Vineyard is situated on the coastal plain at the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains on the west coast of Wales. Richard and Siw Evans purchased the estate in 2008 as a way to diversify their family farm. Their son Jac later studied viticulture and returned to manage the vineyards. The first vines were planted in 2009, and the vineyard has since expanded to comprise over 15,000 vines. Today, the family-run estate produces a range of still and sparkling wines alongside cider.
