About the estate
The Licorna Winehouse estate is located in the Prahova area within the Dealu Mare DOC region of Romania and opened in its current form in 2013. However, the history of the site dates back much further, inspired by a historical vision of the couple Nicolae and Elena Nicolau more than a century ago. The vineyards are situated between the villages of Gura Vadului and Vadu Săpat, featuring plantings with an average age of nine years. The portfolio includes grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Fetească Neagră. In addition to winemaking, the estate offers winery tours and tastings for visitors.
