About the estate
The Levan Mtvarelishvili Vazisubani estate looks back on a history established in the late 19th century by the Georgian nobleman Sulkhan Chavchavadze. Following a period of decline, a comprehensive restoration of the historic property and its vineyards began in 2013. Today, the winery spans 35 hectares of vineyards nestled at the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains. Alongside winemaking, the estate now unites a historic marani, a renovated palace operating as a boutique hotel, and the preservation of regional culinary traditions.
The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Saperavi and Kisi.
