About the estate
The Les Vins de la Madone estate is located in Champdieu at the heart of the highest-altitude vineyards along the Loire River within the AOC Côtes du Forez denomination. The vines are planted on highly diverse soils shaped by a geological fault and volcanic influences. The winery has practiced organic agriculture since 2001 and has been certified biodynamic by Demeter since 2009. All plots are harvested manually and vinified separately in order to express the different facets of the terroir.
