For the cultivation of its vineyards, the estate relies on organic farming methods involving manual operations and horse plowing. The vineyards, planted with Syrah, Rolle, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon, are surrounded by protective forests and characterized by biodiversity. Supported by an enologist, the estate produces protected designation wines in white, rosé, and red styles. Organic certification is provided by ECOCERT.
