About the estate
The LasteRosse winery looks back on a long family tradition in agriculture and was officially established in the year 2000 in Novella in the Trentino-South Tyrol region. The estate cultivates one hectare of vineyards in an extreme alpine mountain location above Lake Santa Giustina. These small, steep plots are situated at over 700 meters of altitude and are farmed entirely by hand. In addition to viticulture, the family is dedicated to the traditional cultivation of mountain apples. In the small cellar, characterful wines mature that reflect the identity of the alpine terroir.
