About the estate
The La Costa winery is situated within the Regional Park of Montevecchia and the Curone Valley in Lombardy and was established in 1992 by the Crippa family. The project originated from the ambition to reclaim a neglected landscape, leading to the planting of the first Riesling vineyard on steep, east-facing terraces at an altitude of 400 metres. Today, the estate spans twelve hectares of vineyards and produces 50.000 bottles annually across a selection of twelve labels. The wines reflect the identity of this territory within the Terre Lariane IGT denomination.
