About the estate
The La Chataigneraie estate is located in Etoy in the Swiss region of Vaud and is managed by winemaker Marco Trippi and his wife Daisy. The vineyards are situated on the slopes of the Aubonne facing Lake Geneva and benefit from ideal sunlight exposure. The winery avoids the use of herbicides, insecticides, and synthetic chemicals, relying instead on manual work in the vineyards. The grape varieties include Chasselas and Merlot, which are traditionally vinified in tanks or oak barrels. The wines are protected under the AOC La Côte and AOC Vaud designations.
