Königlicher Weinberg

About the estate

The Königlicher Weinberg estate manages vineyards in Potsdam as well as on the Gräbendorfer Tonberg, where winegrowing has been documented since the seventeenth century. On the sandy and clay soils, the winery cultivates fungus-resistant grape varieties such as Muscaris, Cabaret Noir, and Regent. Farming follows a natural and organically certified method with a significant avoidance of herbicides and fungicides. The rows of vines are adapted to historical conditions and designed to promote biodiversity and environmental protection. The wines are distributed through selected specialty shops, museums, and restaurants in the region.
