About the estate
The Kalavojna d.o.o. estate located in Marčana was founded in 2005 and is dedicated to traditional Istrian production methods. The vineyards are situated in the nearby village of Radeki Polje, providing the grapes for the wine portfolio and the Bon Castello sparkling wine. A unique feature of this sparkling wine is its maturation process inside the underground Zerostrasse tunnels in Pula. In addition to wine, the winery produces extra virgin olive oil from hand-picked olives from Vodnjan. Visitors can experience the production firsthand through organized wine tours and tastings at the estate.
