About the estate
The family-run estate Hutter looks back on a long history dating back to 1726. The winery is located in the Styrian Vulkanland region between Feldbach and Bad Gleichenberg, with vineyards situated at altitudes between 360 and 400 meters. The majority of these areas consist of labor-intensive steep slopes in a valley basin shaped by a distinct microclimate. The vines thrive on a diverse range of soils, extending from volcanic weathered rock to gravel, loam, and sand. On this basis, the estate cultivates grape varieties such as Pinot Blanc and Blauer Zweigelt to produce terroir-driven wines.
The eno directory lists 8 wines, mostly from Pinot Blanc and Zweigelt. The estate sells to horeca and distributors.
