About the estate
The Hiša vin Rondič estate is located in Slap, a small village in the Vipava Valley close to the Italian border. The family-run business is managed in the fourth generation and occupies a property whose residential building has been inhabited by the family for over 250 years. The long viticultural tradition is documented by the discovery of a historical work by Matija Vertovec dating from 1844. Red and white wines such as Pinela, Ribolla, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, Moscato, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, are produced in the modern winery cellar.
The eno directory lists 8 wines, mostly from Pinela and Ribolla Gialla.
