About the estate

The traditional Graf Adelmann estate looks back on a centuries-long history at Burg Schaubeck in Steinheim-Kleinbottwar and has been owned by the Counts Adelmann since 1914. The cultivated vineyard area now covers 29 hectares, with around 60 percent accounting for steep slopes with an inclination of up to 75 percent. The main red grape varieties include Lemberger and Pinot Noir, while Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc dominate the white wines. The winery focuses on distinctive wines with a focus on elegance and complexity, as well as consistent quality work in the vineyard and cellar.
