About the estate
The Gordonzello estate spans 205 hectares of vineyards where grape varieties such as Prieto Picudo, Tempranillo, Mencía, Verdejo, and Albarín are cultivated. The vineyards are surrounded by a cereal steppe landscape and flanked by the banks of the Cea river in the south. The property includes a variety museum featuring 115 grape cultivars from around the world alongside a dedicated winemaking and aging facility. The wines produced by the winery are bottled under the León DO designation. In addition to agricultural operations, the estate offers visitors guided tours, wine tastings, and gastronomic experiences.
The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Verdejo and Albarín. The estate sells to horeca.
