The Garage dell'Uva estate based in Settimo Rottaro was founded in 2014 by a group of friends passionate about viticulture. The winery specializes in low-impact viticulture focused on producing natural wines with a strong territorial identity. Their work centers on reviving old abandoned vineyards to create authentic expressions of the local terroir. The vineyards are located in the Ivrea Morainic Amphitheatre, where selective harvesting is used to interpret the unique winemaking potential of the area.
