The Upper Austrian family-run business Fruchtveredelung Geschwister Wurm has operated the Gustergut estate in Sankt Florian in the fifth generation since 1324. The property is situated between the Sankt Florian Monastery and Tillysburg Castle. The raw materials for the assortment come almost entirely from the estate's own farm as well as from trusted businesses in the immediate surroundings. All products are crafted meticulously by hand directly at the farm, whereas bottle fermentation using the traditional method is carried out by a long-standing partner in Lower Austria. The portfolio is offered to private customers as well as to gastronomy businesses and resellers in Austria, Germany, and other countries within the Eurozone.

The estate sells to horeca and distributors. Export markets include Germany.
