About the estate
The Etyssa, produzione Trento Doc estate was founded in 2009 by four friends in Trentino. What originally began as a student experiment in producing sparkling wine using the traditional method developed into an ambitious project. Production relies on a careful selection of vineyards and the continuous refinement of production processes starting from the harvest. The cuvées represent the Trento DOC denomination and reflect the character of each individual vintage.
