About the estate
The Eristavi wine estate is operated by a Georgian winemaking family originating from the Eristavi Winery in California. The portfolio features handcrafted wines including Verdejo, Viognier, Rkatsiteli, Sauvignon Blanc, Barbera, Malbec, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, and Syrah. These wines are produced using a combination of traditional techniques and modern technology, and are predominantly aged in French and American oak barrels. The selection is complemented by a range of handcrafted spirits from California. Created by Master Vintner Victor Eristavi, the offerings cater to a discerning international clientele.
