About the estate

Located in Tieschen in the Vulkanland Steiermark region, the Edelsbrunner winery was taken over by Josef Edelsbrunner in 1997. Alongside viticulture, the family-run estate engages in arable farming to produce pumpkin seed oil and offers holiday apartments. Following his education at the Silberberg wine school and training as a diploma sommelier, Bernd Edelsbrunner became a master in viticulture and cellar management, taking full responsibility for the business in 2017. Together with his parents, he focuses on creating top-quality wines.
