The family-run estate Domaine Tappe Christian & Fils was founded in 1950 by Émile Tappe in Sigolsheim, Alsace, and is now managed in the third generation by Jérôme Tappe. The winery cultivates seven hectares of vineyards in Sigolsheim and Zimmerbach, which include sites of the Alsace Grand Cru Mambourg. The portfolio features traditional wines from the AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace Grand Cru, and AOC Crémant d'Alsace denominations, including Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer. In the vineyard, the estate emphasizes environmentally friendly practices, avoiding herbicides and utilizing traditional horse-drawn plowing. All wines originate exclusively from the estate's own harvest as a Vigneron Récoltant.
