The portfolio includes wines from appellations such as Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, Côtes du Rhône, and Côtes du Ventoux. Grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Muscat, Roussanne, and Viognier are grown for production. The winery follows environmentally friendly practices featuring manual harvesting, grape sorting, and maturation in stainless steel tanks or barrels.
