The Domaine Pierre Sourdais estate is located in Cravant-les-Coteaux in the Loire Valley and is operated as a traditional family business. The history of the winery dates back to 1981 when it was established by Pierre Sourdais. In the vineyards, the Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc grape varieties are cultivated on diverse terroirs consisting of plains, slopes, and plateaus. The working method has evolved from conventional farming to organic agriculture in 2004, supplemented by biodynamic principles. The wines are produced and distributed under the AOC Chinon appellation.
