About the estate
The Domaine Petit & Fille estate is located in the wine region of Pouilly-sur-Loire and has been run as a family business from father to daughter for three generations. The vineyard covers an area of nearly thirteen hectares and cultivates the Sauvignon and Chasselas grape varieties. The twelve parcels are distributed across various terroirs featuring soils composed of small-oyster marl, Kimmeridgian limestone plates, clayey sands, and flint clay. These produce the two protected designations of origin, Pouilly-sur-Loire and Pouilly Fumé. The winery practices traditional and environmentally conscious vineyard management, which includes soil cultivation and cover cropping.
