About the estate
The family estate Domaine le Pont du Gué is situated in the heart of the Loire Valley in Bourgueil and is managed by Eric and Caroline Ploquin along with their son. The winery cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards within the Bourgueil appellation. The wines are produced exclusively from the Cabernet Franc grape variety using traditional vinification methods. Visitors have the opportunity to tour the winery as well as the vaulted cellar carved into tuffeau stone.
