About the estate
The Domaine Henrioud estate cultivates its vineyards in accordance with the specifications of BioSuisse and Demeter, completely refraining from the use of pesticides, acaricides, and insecticides. During vinification, no oenological products are used aside from a little sulfur to preserve the character of the wines. Since 2017, all wines have been produced as natural wines using indigenous yeasts, without added sulfites and without filtration. The portfolio includes Chasselas, Pinot Noir, and a rosé, alongside various specialties made from estate-grown grapes.
