About the estate
The Domaine du Gros'Noré estate was founded in 1997 by Alain Pascal in La Cadière-d'Azur and is part of the Bandol appellation. The vineyards cover 19 hectares on clay soils on the northern slopes of the village, where the Mourvèdre variety plays a central role. The winery operates under organic certification, completely avoids herbicides and insecticides, and carries out harvesting entirely by hand. The proximity to the sea and the influences of the Mistral shape the character of the wines, which are known for their freshness and complexity.
