About the estate
The Domaine du Château Vieux estate is situated on the hillsides of Triors on sandy soils. Since 1872, the Rousset family has cultivated the family vineyard across five generations. The estate follows an environmentally respectful approach, working the soils mechanically or manually without any chemical herbicides or insecticides. Vinification is carried out naturally using indigenous yeasts with the lowest possible sulfite levels. In addition to wines, the property also produces grape juice.
