About the estate
The Domaine des Masques estate is located on the Cengle plateau at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain and has been owned by Sophie and Carl Mestdagh since 2003. The 25 hectares of vineyards are situated at an altitude of 500 metres with a southern exposure and feature clay-limestone soils. The area is classified as a Natura 2000 territory and as a major French and European site. The vineyard is managed according to organic farming practices, prohibiting the use of herbicides and pesticides. The production includes wines from the AOC Côtes de Provence and Méditerranée IGP denominations.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Carignan and Syrah. The estate sells to retail.
