About the estate

The Domaine des Mailloches is one of the oldest winemaking families in the Bourgueil region and is currently run in the eighth generation by Samuel Demont and his family. Located in Restigné in the Loire Valley, the estate covers 22 hectares of vineyards and produces wines under the AOC Bourgueil appellation. Based exclusively on the Cabernet Franc grape variety, diverse wines are created through the combination of sandy, gravelly, and clay-limestone soils. The estate follows organic farming practices and is officially recognized as an independent winemaker with environmental certification.
