The vineyards are situated in the Bourgueil appellation area, where viticulture dates back to Roman times and the founding of the Abbey of Bourgueil in 990. The winery is dedicated to producing wines that represent the expression of the terroir, the vine, and winemaking expertise. The annual calendar involves vineyard tasks such as pruning to determine vine vigor, as well as processes in the cellar including malolactic fermentation.
