The Domaine Delaunay estate is located in Le Loroux-Bottereau within the Loire Valley and has been run as a family business for over three generations. After pursuing other professional paths, the current owner returned to the winery in 2017 and took over management in 2020. Covering approximately thirty hectares of vineyards on amphibolite and gneiss soils, the estate primarily cultivates the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety. The production focuses on various Muscadet bottlings and wines with extended lees aging, crafted with low intervention in the cellar.
