About the estate
The Domaine Delaporte & Fils winery is a family-run estate located in Chavignol within the Sancerre region, handed down since the 17th century. The estate spans 33 hectares of vineyards, where Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir are cultivated with respect for the terroir and environment. Since 2023, the property holds organic farming certification. Harvesting is done entirely by hand using stackable crates to protect the grapes. In the cellar, the juice is transformed into wine with minimal human intervention and reduced use of sulfites.
