The property spans 10.5 hectares of vineyards and vinifies all harvested grapes on-site. In addition to winemaking, the family manages orchards and produces items such as liqueurs and brandies. Operations are conducted in accordance with organic farming guidelines. The vineyards are situated on steep, south-facing slopes with predominantly limestone soils.
