The Domaine de la Cotelleraie estate is located in the Loire Valley and has belonged to the Vallée family for several generations. Since Gérald Vallée took over the management in 1997, the winery has focused exclusively on winemaking and now covers 27 hectares of vineyards. The vines are primarily planted with Cabernet Franc on the best terroirs of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. The estate has implemented organic farming practices since 1999, relies on manual harvesting, and aims to produce authentic wines that reflect their terroir.
