About the estate
The Domaine de la Coquillerie estate is situated on the edge of the Forêt des Bertranges and covers four hectares of vineyards across the communes of Chasnay, Saint-Lay, and Nannay. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are cultivated on the clay-limestone slopes of the appellation. Each parcel is managed individually according to its exposure, age, and soil in compliance with organic farming specifications. In the cellar, a low-intervention vinification process is applied to best reflect the character of the terroir.
