About the estate

The historical estate Domaine Château Cassemichère was built in the early 17th century in La Chapelle-Heulin in the Loire Valley and has been documented as a wine-producing property since 1740. Surrounded by 28 hectares of vineyards and five hectares of woods, the property is located in the heart of the Nantais region near the Loire. This traditional estate is closely linked to the history of Muscadet, whose name was first recorded in a notary act here in 1740. Today, the winery continues to operate within its long-standing traditions, offering wine tourism activities and accommodations alongside its viticultural production.

The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Muscat. The estate sells to retail.
